Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a qualified psychotherapist holding a Masters (MA) in Integrative & Humanistic Psychotherapy. From my practice in Dublin city center, I provide individual therapy for adults navigating difficult times in their lives.
Together we will explore obstacles and difficulties showing up in your life, helping with self-awareness and understanding, leading to lasting growth and peace of mind.
