About Sarah
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and hold a clinical Masters (MA) in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. My work is from a person-centered perspective, which means putting you and your life situation at the center of our work.
Born and raised in Ireland, I have lived extensively overseas and am now based back in Dublin. Which means I understand how multi-culturalism, environment, politics, separation, loss and belonging might influence a person's mental health.
Through my career in the private and volunteering sectors, I bring a wealth of experience to my work with clients. I understand how life’s difficulties can hinder our ability to build and maintain healthy relationships, implement a healthy work-life balance and just to flourish as an individual.
I am a member of the Irish Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists (IACP) and abide by their strict Ethical Code and GDPR requirements.
My active rest time includes hiking, sea swimming, playing tennis and yoga.
